Dear Friends

It is indeed a great pleasure to welcome you to the Metabolic (Dysfunction) Associated Fatty Liver Disease Consortium (MAIDEN). Stemming from our responsibilities to the community of APASL in addressing the challenges of tackling the growing burden of MAFLD at population scale, in December 2022, the Steering Committee of APASL endorsed establishment of the MAIDEN consortium.
I encourage everyone to join us on this journey to promote MAFLD awareness and to contribute to our goals and aspirations – a world in which now no one suffers from the consequences of MAFLD.
